I had a great time during my business trip to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay more comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, including eggs, bread, cheese, fruits. The location was perfect, in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with restaurants and shops within walking distance.
There were a few areas of improvement. The cleanliness of the room could be better, as the floors were not mopped well, and my socks got dirty.

the hotel was situated in a very safe and secured neighborhood that one could walk around during different hours of the day. the location was also perfect as it was close to different bus stations making it easy to access different parts of the city. the staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting with different tasks.
The breakfast was quite basic and did not offer enough variety to meet different customers' needs. though the rooms were very comfortable and had modern facilities, the floors tended to be quite dirty, making it challenging to walk around the room with bare feet.

We loved staying at this hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including a smart TV in our room. The location next to a small park was just perfect - we could enjoy a nice walk to the historic center of this city in just about 25 minutes. The staff were very friendly, making our stay even more pleasant.
